Just to make sure that I am getting better I shall be walking for the next couple of days instead of running. Thank goodness the rain held off today as I don't think that I could have dealt with another walk in a monsoon!
It was a pleasant walk through to Putney Bridge, however I have done the walk twice now and already I am little bored with it. Walking just takes so long to get anywhere!! I could have ran the same distance in half the time.
Well that will be my aim for the near future. Running home from Kensington to Raynes Park. Maybe on a Friday evening, that would be a great long run in training for a half marathon. Also it will be a convenient way to fit exercise into my daily life, especially if I don't have time for a long run some weekends.
